its a labrador, who gets caught in a basket attached to hulium balloons, and it drifts over the Sydney Harbour, and ends somewhat in the desert. Australia, where it was made?? it would help a lot sooooo if you answered! (: Xoxoxox

Awww I love this movie I think it is past the bay from Sydney to Tasmania, Tasmania because sorta like the desert in some areas.
