Longaberger Baskets For Sale

How do i prepeare individual sponges and crumbles that will need to be re-heated and served seperate on plate?

I want to bake them, however they will need to be re-heated and then placed on a plate with cream or custard as they are orderd. How do i bake tehm and then transfer tehm to a microwavable container that it can then be removed from without damaging the pudding? Is it possible to do this with crumbles and sponges? Or do I need to put the custard in the cointainer with the dessert? Any suggestions of suitalbe containers and recipies would be gratefully received. Thank you

Id definetly make the crumbles in little individual ramekins, just ensure you wipe the outside of the ramekin clean before you bake it or your likely to have unsightly marks round the edge once baked. For the sponges if you were making like a toffee sponge cake the "batter" can be put into microwaveable dishes ready to be microwaved and then turned out onto a serving plate. Also a note for with the crumbles and sponges you could just serve the custard in either individual miniature jugs or a large jug as its a little more pleasing to the eye than custard poured all over a lovely dessert and will allow people to serve themselves as they please Below is a basic sticky toffee microwave sponge pudding recipe:

Ingredients
55g/2oz unsalted butter
55g/2oz soft brown sugar
1 egg
30g/1oz dates, stones removed
55g/2oz self-raising flour
pinch of baking powder
butter, to grease
For the sauce
200ml/7fl oz double cream
55g/2oz soft brown sugar
30g/1oz melted butter

Method
1. Cream the butter and sugar in a food processor. Add the egg, dates, flour and baking powder and pulse to combine.
2. Grease a small pudding dish with the butter. Pour the sponge mixture in and cover with cling film.
3. Microwave on high for four minutes.
4. To make the sauce, heat the cream, sugar and melted butter in a pan until a caramel has formed.
5. Remove the pudding from the microwave and turn out on a serving plate. Drizzle the sauce over to serve
