I am forming a LLC for another. Under the organizer it ask for first and last name. If I am a business entity how do I feel this out. Or do I just put my personal info in. How would I handle this if I hire others.
Clearly, you have to provide the name of the organizer of the LLC. For example, if you are forming the entity for John Smith, then you give his name. The entity will be called John Smith LLC. It is a separate entity from John Smith, the individual. As an individual, his investment in the LLC is at risk, but not his other personal assets. That's the whole point of a limited liability company.
You do not put in your personal information if you are providing the service for John Smith. Your question is unclear about hiring others. You are mixing up your affairs with those of John Smith. From your question, I assume you are simply doing the work of forming the LLC for another. You can charge a fee for this, but it is not your LLC. Of course the LLC will be able to hire employees if it wishes.
It is also possible to name the entity by another name, for example, Teddy Bear LLC. But this may mean that to operate the business with an artificial name, the entity has to place a legal announcment in appropriate vehicles, such as newspapers, to let the public know that John Smith will operate as Teddy Bear LLC. This involves a cost and there may be other legal requirements imposed by the state where the LLC is being formed.
