How to get more flavor in home fries?

I use:
onions, garlic, paprika, chili powder, pepper, salt, and top it off with chives.

Whoa,you are adding way to much stuff to your potato's.

Here is my moms way to cook it.
And it's healthier because it's not even fried.
First cut how ever many potato's you want in to "chips"Thin if possible.Add extra virgin olive oil to the potato's on a cookie pan
Add salt and pepper(a good amount,you want flavor).Add Fresh garlic. And mix around with your hands.

Bake at 3:50 for 20-30 minutes.

If you want,now you can add chives.

And ketchup tastes super good on it.
