I burn easily.
not extremely easy, but fairly easy if I'm not wearing sunscreen.
what will prevent me from burning in a tanning bed? I'm not gonna wear makeup.
If I wear the eye protectors will I get noticeable lines? I'm a small girl and I'm afraid the eye covers will be large and cover more than just the eye lids haha. sounds silly, but It's true.
I just want a base tan, what tanning bed do you recommend?
I'm going to desert sun tanning if that helps.
also how much are eye protectors? and if I just want a tiny package of lotion, about how much would it be? I know the normal ones are like $30-$50. I couldn't spend that much on lotion hahah

I know I will get people wanting to tell me I will get cancer and gross looking skin. I'll deal with that. what doesn't cause cancer nowadays?
also what do you wear? go nude or wear a swim suit?
First off I would recommend an Instant tanning bed. They offer a lower chance of burning, but do not guarantee that you wont burn. The employees should be able to look at your skin type and tell you how long they recommend.
As for a lotion some brands offer a step one, that will help you reach your base tan. Go for a step one and something with a bronzer. (but remember to wipe your hands down with a baby wipe before you get in the bed, so you don't stain your hands). And always try out a lotion before you buy a bottle.
Always, always, always wear eye protection. If you don't your eyesight will go bad quickly. If you didn't wear eye protection it would be like looking directly at the sun for eight hours straight. Eyewear is not that expensive. Some salons have ones that you can borrow, but I recommend buying some of your own. They can range from fifty cents to a couple of dollars, but a good investment.
