Cloth Napkins

Some restaurants don't ever give me paper napkins.
But I had to wipe my nose, wipe my mouth and hands, and all.
Do they wash the cloth napkins or throw them away?
Cloth napkins are usually sentout to a cleaning service. alot of restaraunts lease cloth napkins and table cloths. The service usually picks up these soiled items and leaves crisp, clean, fresh ones.
