I live in Michigan and I love poutine. It's the greatest thing ever. I can't believe no restaurants here carry it. How can I convince them to start carrying it? Write letters everyday?
It's Canadian, btw.

I doubt YOU could get anyone to do it, but if you and a bunch of friends were to write to the corporate offices, you might be able to, after years of trying, get them to try it...especially since your link shows that it is done at mcdonald's in Canada...
For now, I'm afraid, your best bet to serve that craving is to just make it, or learn how to make it yourself.
I'm sure that frozen fries, Heinz brown gravy and cheese curds (should be available in the dairy case) could be tossed together at home, as well.
